Apologies .... completely forgot last week's update as we didn't have a game.

Prior to that, a solid if not outstanding performance at home against Wivenhoe Old Boys saw us go down by a single goal in the final five minutes of the match.

Still, it was only the first group match of the 2008/09 Wall Castle Trophy so there's still time ...

Our final match of the season on Sunday - away to Villa Royale at Shrub End Rec.

Another defeat last Sunday as we went down to AFC Phoenix Res. Undone at the back by two strikers with pace and a handful of missed chances when we were still in the game.

Only one league match remains but the next game is a 2008/09 Wally Castle group match against Wivenhoe Old Boys up at Stoke by Nayland.

Well apologies for that ... we did play at home, and won one and lost one in the double header.

Stats and tables are up to date - reports have been written but I haven't had time to get them typed up yet ...

A bit of a struggle last Sunday as we played hosts to Blueforces - and lost !!

Nor sure what's happening this Sunday as we are supposed to be away to Pitchbury but might be playing it as a double-header but might be playing it at home instead but no-one is entirely sure yet !!

More news if and when I get it !!
